Well in Mumbai there are many famous PavBhaji outlets, but its harder to find a good PavBhajiwala in Dahisar. We found out a hidden Gem in Dahisar, the one and only famous and the most popular PavBhaji wala named Nityanand Pavbhaji at Avdhut nagar Dahisar east. After working for few years in a hotel and getting experience, this stall was started in 2003 by two brothers named Krishna Gowda and Prashant Gowda. That time the Rate of the pavbhaji was just rs18. Slowly the taste of Pavbhaji and tawapulav became hit in Dahisar and these are the only guys in Dahisar serving the best Pavbhaji and tawa pulao. Those days the rate of Amul butter was just 68 and now its 230 so the rates have to be increased, said Krishna Gowda. Due to traffic problems on road and heavy public demand they have shifted to a bigger space around Avdhut Nagar. They are now famously called “ANNA” in Dahisar for their super-hit pavbhaji.
The best part is the Pav bhaji is made fresh in front of our eyes with a killer aroma. The three stages of making where he prepares the gravy first, then adds the vegetables and spices and finally crushes it all together. The tawa pulao is also brilliantly made here. Friday nights and Saturday/Sundays are super busy and hectic here. Make sure you pre-book your orders. Krushna Gowda says “Even the Chilly Dosa(100rs) and Mysore Masala Dosa (75rs) are the most favourite and hot selling items here. This successfull stall is running since 16 years and Krushna and Prashant are very thankful to Dahisar people for giving them a chance to serve better.
