  1. Neer Dosa with Mushroom Ghee roast-
Mushroom’s marinated with spices and yogurt roasted with Ghee and Curry makes a perfect dish. This Manglorean finger-licking dish is made in a South Indian way. Serving it with Neer Dosas is always a best option.
  2. Gole Bhaje-
Golden fried dumplings made out of flour, herbs and spices. This Mangalore dish is a little bit on a sweeter side. Tastes better with coconut chutney.
  3. Maddur Vada-
Crisp fried patties made out of rava, onions, flour and spices is a must try here. This dish is quite famous in Karnataka.
  4. Mangalore buns-
These sweet banana pooris are made out of wheat flour and maida. You can have them with a tea or coconut chutney. The texture is same as a poori.
  5. Temple Puliyodharai
Rice with roasted powder, dried red chillies, urad dal, peanuts and tamarind. The tangy taste is irresistable.
Overall we loved the food here, coming back to experience some punjabi dishes.
