Paratha Mantra I would say is a highly recommended place in south bombay at fort if you are a paratha fan and would love to try innovative parathas. The desserts also are fantastic and unexpectedly most dishes tried were fab.
Cheese burst paratha – this is not love at first sight, its love at second sight when you tear apart the paratha and oodles of cheese coming out of it.The loaded cheese will surely make you heavier.Highly recommended.
For welcome drinks/refreshments you can go for aam panna, kala khatta or lemon mojito.
Belgian chocolate paratha– was loaded with chocolate and served hot, highly recommended for chocolate lovers.
Paratha quesidella– the paratha version of veg quesidellas is here and stuffed with beans and veggies,a must try if you love innovative stuff.
Aloo cheese roll stuffed with aloo and overloaded cheese + masalas was too good.
Chilly garlic daal makhani roll- just impressed us,the essence of garlic +dry daal makhani rolled inside a paratha is the thing no one can think of.These guys made it perfect.Highly recommended if you are a daal makhni lover.
Pizzeria aloo paratha– was cut into pizza styled pieces with aloo masala stuffed inside, the taste was authentic.
For mains we headed for Veg afghani and Lasooni palak with Italian naan/zataar naan/multigrain roti. Veg afghani was cooked with mixed vegetables medium spicy and lasooni palak had the perfect taste + daal makhani was as usual amazing.
Malpua made in a circular shape with rabri garnished in between was a great treat. Must try. You will hardly find malpua in any Indian restaurant.
I highly recommend the jamun kulfi, which is with less sugar yet giving a significant taste, this jamun kulfi is their secret inhouse hit.
Chocolate fudge paratha is also a usp here, the fudge they use is from lonavala which proves that these guys don’t want to compromise in quality terms.
To end up your meal you can go for the chaas or lassi which again are a must.
If you are a mumbaikar ,this place has to be on your hitlist.
